Got there, and it was packed. I decided to order a lemon lush pie to go while I waited. A friend told me it was the best and very hard to get a whole pie. He could only get a slice. I was seated at a table in twenty minutes. ( I could have sat at the counter, but I wanted a table) Service was friendly and fast. I had the chicken fried steak with two eggs overeasy, hash browns, and an English muffin. The chicken fried steak was crunchy in delicious gravy. The eggs were perfect. The hash browns were terrific. The jam with the English muffin was great. I tried the pie when I got home, and it was the best lemon flavored pie I've eaten. I'm so glad I got a whole pie. Although it won't last long. :)
Been having breakfast here for many years. The omelets are great and they will give you salsa to go with your eggs, yum. They have the standard assortment of omelets plus a few combinations I’ve only seen here like the protein style omelette. Food quality is excellent, they even have homemade jam for your toast or homemade muffins with rotating/seasonal flavors. Their cakes and bathed goods look delicious although I haven’t personally tried them. This place is excellent and often has a wait, but that’s what happens when a place is good.
I enjoyed breakfast here last Saturday. After a 20 minute wait, we were seated and promptly served our drinks. Our order was also taken and delivered to our table quickly. Service was friendly and attentive enough that we were not smothered. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the delicious pancakes! The baked good are decent. I wasn't a fan of the cinnamon roll, but the coffee cake isn't bad. Overall, this is a great place to have a nice breakfast in a great environment. I will definitely return.
We had to wait a little to get a table, but it was worth it. We ordered the pancake and French toast combo, and it was delicious as well as filling. Mason was our server, and he was very nice and attentive to everything. Will definitely recommend stopping by. Plus, their orange glaze muffin is amazing!.

(Sorry that the lady next to us tipped you pennies we overhead a conversation). ** the food was great. We loved the muffin! The lemon blueberry pancakes with raspberry were delicious.
This place was absolutely amazing. A comfort food spot that truly hits the spot with delicious food and great service. I had the chicken fried steak meal which was the best I ever had. Super flavourful from the cutlet to the toast. Highly reccomended for anyone visiting Long Beach!
